EU & UK consumers

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive and the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

• Unused credits — refundable in full within 14 days.
• Used credits — by activating an upload page within the 14-day window, you waive the right of withdrawal for that specific credit.

Other regions

Credits are non-refundable once issued, except where required by your local consumer protection law (longer windows apply in Korea, Brazil, China, Canada, Singapore).
